I personally feel that 2 lessons a month produce the best results for most students, simply because this allows time between lessons for the student to absorb and practically apply the previous lessons material.

This answer varies greatly from student to student. In my experience it takes a complete novice with committed practice 6 to 18 months to achieve a competent level of playing.
Yes I can! Though I cover all the requirements of Grade 1 – Grade 5 RGT / London College of Music Electric Guitar exams and Step 1 – Grade 5 RGT/London College of Music Acoustic Guitar Exams, I complement my core lesson content with various practice exercises that ANY guitarist can learn and use to develop their playing skills.
I would recommend 10 to 20 minutes a day of focused practice with no distractions. If you have time – and more importantly the enthusiasm – to practice for longer, you will notice that your playing develops at a much quicker rate!
Of course! In fact if you are under the age of 18 years I insist that at least for the first few lessons you bring a parent or guardian.
